RESERVATION POLICIES:
We encourage students to sign up before class when possible in order to guarantee your spot. For some classes and workshops, space is limited and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Pre-registered students will have first access and if they are not present at the start time of class, their space will be forfeited to the next person on the waitlist. We have a 5 minute grace period for students who are running late to class, if the 5 minutes have passed we kindly ask that you register for another class.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refunds. If you pre-register for a class and cancel within 4 hours of the start time or do not show up for said registered class, you will be charged a fee of $11. Please keep that in mind when booking a class. If you register for a workshop but cannot attend, you will be charged unless we are able to fill your space. If we are able to fill your space, you account will hold the credit until you are ready to use it for another workshop.
CHECK-IN:
All students must check in at the front desk prior to entering class.
FACILITIES:
All students have access to showers and lockers while in class. We do not provide locks. We also have plenty of cubby space for your personal belongings to be stowed outside of the classroom to reduce clutter.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
Please notify your teacher if you have any medical history that might effect your performance before class. Also, please ensure your emergency contact information is up-to-date. We hope to never have to use it but it is handy to have accurate information just in case.
