Join us for Embody’s In Person 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. This transformative experience offers students the opportunity to engage in every session IN REAL TIME. All scheduled training hours are conducted in person.

The Yoga Teacher Training is intended for aspiring yoga teachers and serious yoga students who want to deepen their practice. This training is structured in accordance with Yoga Alliance guidelines. Upon successful completion of all course requirements, trainees may register with Yoga Alliance at the RYT-200 level.

In this program, trainees are given the tools necessary to teach yoga confidently and safely to others. You'll learn the most up-to-date asana techniques, a self-explorative practice to embody asana in a way unique to your anatomical structure, intelligent sequencing, pranayama (breath work), meditation, practical applied anatomy & physiology, alignment & body mechanics, therapeutics, basic Sanskrit, ethics & boundaries, yoga history & philosophy, and an introduction to Ayurveda. Our training is ever-evolving and ever-improving, and it is customized to meet the unique goals and needs of each individual training group of students.
